Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website operated by FIRST SECURITY Co., Ltd. (the ‘Company’), together with the rights and obligations of the Company and users. This is a courtesy translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the website and ancillary services provided by the Company (the ‘Service’).

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment)

  • These terms take effect on being posted on the website.
  • The Company may amend these terms where necessary, within the bounds of applicable law, and will give notice at least seven days before an amendment takes effect.
  • A user who does not accept the amended terms may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 3 (Scope of the Service)

The Company provides the following through this website.

  • Information about the Company and its fields of business
  • Notices, press coverage, photographs and similar material
  • Receipt of and response to online enquiries
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 4 (Availability and Suspension)

  • The Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, all year round.
  • The Company may suspend the Service temporarily for system maintenance or replacement, equipment failure, natural disaster or other unavoidable cause. Where advance notice is not possible, notice will be given afterwards.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not do any of the following.

  • Impersonate another person or misuse another's information
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
  • Defame another person or interfere with their business
  • Post advertising material repeatedly, or place an excessive load on the system
  • Post obscene material or content contrary to public order and morals
  • Act otherwise in breach of applicable law

Article 6 (Management of Posts)

  • Responsibility for a post rests with its author.
  • The Company may delete or restrict a post that falls under Article 5, or that it judges equivalent, without prior notice.
  • Users may ask the Company at any time to delete a post they wrote.
  • Posts on the online enquiry board are automatically made private, readable only by the author and an administrator.

Article 7 (Copyright)

  • Copyright in all content published on this website — company information, records of work, photographs, design — belongs to the Company.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish or commercially exploit that content without the Company's prior consent.
  • Copyright in a post belongs to its author; the Company may use it solely for operating and promoting the Service.

Article 8 (Limits of Liability)

  • The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service owing to natural disaster, communications failure or other cause not attributable to the Company.
  • The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users.
  • Information on this website is provided for guidance. The terms of any particular protection or security engagement are governed by the individual contract.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

  • The Company and the user shall endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably through consultation.
  • Where consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provision

These terms take effect on 24 August 2026.
